Dale began her career in insurance over twenty years ago as an agent with Mutual of Omaha in Columbus, Ohio, where she worked primarily in the small group market selling both medical and dental insurance. A decision to take a little time off to be home with her first child led to an eight year sabbatical from the workforce. During that period, she had a second child and made three corporate relocations with her family before arriving in Dallas almost ten years ago.
She spent a few years with Prudential in both Kansas and Texas before realizing she preferred the broker environment, where she has remained much of the last decade in sales, support and office management positions. She believes the broker environment best serves employers needs because "it makes a myriad of products from a variety of quality carriers available to them. Its about options, there is no one size fits all here." She continued, "The cumulative depth of this team's knowledge, commitment to excellence and dedication to serving our clients' best interests is what attracted me to Hailstone first and foremost."
Dale holds a B.S. degree in Business Management and has had a Group 1 license for over 15 years. She and her husband, Rick, have two college-age daughters.
