Diane has a wide and extremely interesting background in the insurance business. She spent seven years with a firm that provided coverage for the entertainment industry – movies, concerts, and Vegas shows, to name a few. At this position she had direct contact with clients, major carriers and brokers alike. She was also responsible for overseeing the firm’s internal medical, dental and life insurance plans.
For three years she worked for an agent and had the responsibility to find competitive rates for their clients. This included medical, dental, disability as well as whole and variable life.
“I was drawn to the Hailstone Insurance Group because of their strong commitment to customer service. I don’t believe in just selling a customer insurance coverage and then putting them aside until the next renewal.”
One of the principles here is that they will not ask a client or prospect to do anything they can do on their behalf. “I’m glad I have found an organization that shares my commitment to customer service. Diane is originally from Michigan and moved here 28 years ago. Her husband, Duane, is an avid golfer, actor, and writer of novels and screenplays. Diane and Duane have one daughter, Laura.
