jill dillard
A native of Chicago, Jill Dillard moved to Dallas in 1984, graduated
with honors from Stephen F. Austin
University in Nacogdoches and then
went directly to work in the insurance
industry.
She soon
landed at Employer's
Health -- now known as Humana
-- where over nine years she became
a top sales representative for Dallas
and East Texas. A
nationally recognized top-ten
producer, she knew quality when she
saw it and she saw it while working
with Lynn Hailstone.

worked with hundreds of agents over
the the years, and I had never
come across an agency that provided
such excellent customer service.
It really surprised me.
After taking
a couple of years off to
have a baby and raise her daughter,
she joined Hailstone. There, she
found that the insurance landscape
had changed.
